When I place my order why can’t I pay online?
We update new products on to our website frequently, sometimes daily, and we like to check that 2 people have not ordered the same item at the same time. Once you have submitted your order we will contact you to take your contact and delivery details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled or amended. Orders for standard stock may be amended or cancelled but it would depend how far down the line they are. Orders are being processed and ready to be despatched in quick sharp times, in some instances your order could reach you in three days. Customers need to contact us at info@madefrommarble.com to discuss.
Do you include VAT in your price?
Yes, Made from Marble is registered, VAT is included on all stated prices.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
If you wish to send to multiple addresses please let us know when we contact you for delivery details.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are free to mainland UK. Free delivery does not include special or express service. If you wish for your items to be sent on an express service please speak to us – there will be an additional charge for this service.
Can I have a delivery outside of mainland UK ?
Yes. There will be an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
How do I track my order?
Orders are delivered by Courier. If you would like to know how your order is progressing call us and we can track your order’s progress for you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery time is currently 5 working days for items. If you have ordered a bespoke item then we will discuss delivery dates with you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
Contact the Made from Marble team at info@madefrommarble.com. The team require a photo of damaged pieces to assess how improvements in the service we provide to you can be made. You can submit a photo by email Please let us know within 5 working days of receiving your order.
What do I do if I'm unhappy with my order?
Contact the team by email or speak with us to discuss your reasons and options.
Can I make a cheque payment?
Yes, when the team ring to confirm your order tell them you would like to pay by cheque
Your order will be despatched once the cheque has cleared.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are packed in paper, bubble wrap and packed into an outer box. We have worked alongside our courier to make sure that our products are packed so that they do not break.
How should I care for my Made from Marble pieces?
The best way to clean marble is with hot soapy water. Do not let any item come into contact with citrus as this will discolour the marble. We do not recommend putting in the dish washer.
For garden items we recommend that you use a stone sealant to protect the marble from the weather for a substantial amount of time.
