All products have free postage and packaging within mainland UK. We use a standard courier service. If your purchase is required urgently then, for a small charge, we can use an ‘express service’
As a signature is required on receipt then we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will confirm where to send your order to.

We recommend returning your parcel with a proof of posting. We regret that we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or are delivered in error.
We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has arrived with you, please contact us. If your order has been despatched we regret that we are unable to cancel your order.

How to Pay

Once you have submitted your order one of our team will contact you to take your payment and delivery details.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We cannot accept AMEX.

Cheques should be made payable to ‘made from marble’. Orders will be despatched once your cheque has been cleared.
